FIRST RIESLING HARVEST AT CHÂTEAU PETIT VAL

On September 30th, Château Petit Val organized its traditional harvest lunch. On this occasion, guests had the opportunity to taste the first juice of Riesling planted last year at Petit Val.

For the aging of this vintage, which is foreseen to produce 600 bottles, David made the choice to use one of the last innovation of Vicard Tonnelier : the Eggonum, a perfect egg tank composed for 50% of oak and 50% of inox with a tronco-cylindrical form which permits lees suspension and better exchanges.
